Your items will be shipped within 1-4 days once your order has been placed, if there is a delay for whatever reason we will let you know in advance. There are a number of shipping options you can choose from at check-out. If you need your item(s) in time for a certain event, please ensure to choose the appropriate method of shipping. We offer FREE Tracked48 delivery on all UK orders over £50 :)

Please note that once your package has been handed over to Royal Mail we are unable to take responsibility for it. We trust the system that is our postal service and have all the faith that Royal Mail will deliver your package safely and as quickly as humanly possible! In the super unfortunate event that your package has not been delivered, we can look to refund your order of course but not until Royal Mail has looked into the issue.

We don't want you to worry so please feel free to select the “signed for” delivery option at checkout.

Ohh... we ship globally as well! We offer Standard International shipping but we HIGHLY suggest selecting the International Signed For option so you can track your order. It may take over 15 days to get to you but it'll be worth the wait! Just keep in mind that once your package has reached the destination country, it will be passed over to that country’s internal postal service.

So any charges like tax and custom duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please also keep in mind that your package may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately Poe Baby UK are unable to help resolve any customs issues.

We hope that you and your babe love your purchase but if not, we are happy to accept returns. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of when you received your dispatch e-mail.  Sale, pre-sale and seasonal items (ie Valentines, Easter & Christmas) are non refundable and not eligible for exchange.

All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Returns postage will be paid by the customer. Please contact us for the returns address to being the process.
